The obvious challenge when working in an area not only devoid of business sex appeal but seen as a necessary evil of the cost of doing business is to not only make the nature of outsourced HR less uncomfortable but more personable as well.

For this, a creative campaign across print, online and social channels was developed –the foundation of which was to create an engaging corporate persona from whole cloth—including fictional employees, consultants, client’s projects and branding collateral as needed… allowing the campaign to be “real” enough that when people reflect on the HR issues being represented, they realize that yes, they do that too—and maybe they shouldn’t. Maybe they should just call Jouta instead…
